CVAIA IS HELPING PEOPLE BECOME FINANCIALY INDEPENDENT

LOGAN, Utah— Cache Valley Area Investors (CVAIA), a non-profit organization, is looking to help people follow philosophies that will help them reach financial independence quicker.

Preston Parker, president and founder of CVAIA, says their main goals are to get people to make their passive income greater than their expenses so that they can do the work they love. When this happens financial independence has been achieved. “If everyone in America could learn and apply the philosophies taught by this organization, the number of financially independent people would skyrocket,” Parker said.

CVAIA meet every other Thursday at 7 p.m. to discuss these philosophies. In order to start achieving financial independence it is necessary to have time, experience or money. With a moderate amount of all three financial independence can be achieved in anywhere from three to 15 years.

If people learn the right mentality and approaches to investing, they can all be successful in what they desire. People should be able to spend their time doing something they love not just a job that provides an income. Passive Income largely makes this possible. Cache Valley Area Investors Association (CVAIA) teaches people how to increase passive income. CVAIA embraces the Law of Attraction, Law of Abundance, and Law of exchange. They practice the methods found in the ideologies of books including Rich Dad Poor Dad, The Wealthy barber, The Millionaire Next Door, Atlas Shrugged, The Automatic Millionaire, and The Secret. CVAIA began in August 2007 and now has members from many geographical locations and from all walks of life. The members come together with the same belief: that education mitigates the risks of investing.
